Our Grand
Palms non-smoking condo is a first floor unit with three
bedrooms and two baths. The unit, constructed in 2004, is
fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including a
fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, washer and
dryer, central air conditioning and wireless internet.
There is a private screened in patio off the living room
area, which leads out to the community’s large heated pool,
hot tub, gym, tennis court, barbecue area with charcoal
grills, tables, umbrellas and gazebo.
