Terms & Conditions of Reservation
1. Reservation – the submission of this reservation form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions below and shall be binding to all persons intending to occupy the premises.
2. Deposit and Balance – a reservation deposit of $100 will hold your vacation dates. The full balance is due no later than ninety days prior to your arrival.
3. Methods of Payment – personal check, money order, traveler’s checks and credit card payments via Pay Pal (a $15 convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card).
4. Returned Check Policy – there is a $25 fee charged for any personal check returned unpaid.
5. Unpaid Balances – if the balance of the sum due as shown on the confirmation sheet remains unpaid ninety days prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be canceled and ALL monies paid will be forfeited.
6. Cancellation Policy – if you cancel ninety days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be refunded. For cancellations less than ninety days prior to your arrival date, ALL monies paid will be forfeited unless you reschedule your vacation dates; then all monies paid will be applied toward your new reservation less your $100 deposit. The new reservation dates must be used within a twelve month period from the original reservation dates depending on availability.
7. Arrival & Departure – check in after 4 pm, check out prior to 11 am.
8. Miscellaneous – pets and smoking are not allowed in the unit.
